10 Minute Concrete Mender: Cartridge Assembly

Each cartridge comes standard with -------- >>
a static mixer,
flow controller, retaining nut,
D-plugs, and protective
overcap.
Step 1: Remove the protective overcap.
FLOW CONTROLLER is stowed under the overcap.
<< -------Step 2: Remove black D-plugs and save.
Step 3: Place the FLOW CONTROLLER -------- >>
on top of the
cartridge. Be careful to align the holes in the flow
controller with the material openings.
<< -------Step 4: Seat the static mixer over the
FLOW CONTROLLER and secure with
black retaining nut.
Step 5: Tighten firmly with hands. ------------ >>
KEEP CARTRIDGE UPRIGHT UNTIL USE. |
